It includes Bothriochloa, Dicanthium, Digitaria, Cymbopogon, Austrodanthonia, Austrostipa, Aristida, Microlaena, Sporobolus, Chloris, Panicum, Paspalidium, Themeda, Capillipedium, Calotis and Chrysocephalum.
